Simple Focus is founded on the belief that an international life can be a very rewarding one! Our training and personal coaching serve to support your personal success.

The knowledge and experience, which contributes to our approach has been acquired in a variety of countries and in different settings and personal roles. We have packed and unpacked many, many times, pulled our hair out and hidden under beds during some assignments. At the same time, our international experiences were truly grand adventures. Along the international path, we learned (and are still learning) to get through the chaos of transition and to function in worlds where ambiguity is frequent when the rules of the game are not necessarily available.

Human beings generally create a way of living for themselves (work and personal), which reflects their own perspectives (values, beliefs and desires), as well as their understanding of the local environment. When the surroundings (the behaviors of others) feel foreign, it can be interesting – a rich learning opportunity! Similary, it can set off a variety of alarms: Danger, distrust and distress…to name just a few. While this is a normal human reaction, increased intercultural proficiency is ultimately useful in first surviving and then experiencing success internationally.

Define YOUR approach to an international life! Develop your personal strategy!

In addition to open workshops, personal coaching addresses individual life and work concerns in a private, on-going setting. In-House Training is based on the workshops described here, and is tailored to address international teams, international project completion and a variety of other topics. Please contact us so that we can respond to your specific requirements.
